Resolution on rights issue of shares
The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting resolved on a rights issue of a maximum of 9,147,465 shares. Those who are registered as shareholders in the company on the record date August 20, 2020 will receive one (1) subscription right per existing share. Two (2) subscription rights entitle to subscription of one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 5.25 per share. Upon full subscription of all shares issued in the rights issue, the company’s share capital will increase by a maximum of SEK 2,286,866.25. The subscription period in the rights issue runs from and including August 24, 2020 to and including September 7, 2020.
