InCoax has received an add-on order from the US based Fiber/LAN operator to add to the 4.2M USD order value already placed for delivery in 2023. The order amounts to SEK 5 million and will be delivered and invoiced during the second to fourth quarter of 2023.

InCoax carries out Rights Issue of approximately SEK 59 million
Facilitating connected homes fast and without unnecessary spending is central in the InCoax market offer. This approach corresponds very well with the HACT mission to provide ideas for innovation in housing in the Social Housing sector. InCoax endorses HACT´s social value approach to connectivity and offers cost-effective broadband solutions for social housing.
The company's largest shareholders Saugatuck Invest, Norrlandspojkarna and BLL Invest have notified InCoax Networks that all their respective holdings of 2021 series warrants in the company have been submitted or are intended to be submitted for subscription of shares. This means that 49.0 percent of the warrants of series 2021 will be exercised.
In accordance with the extended project agreement, the InCoax MoCA AccessTM technology for MultiGigabit broadband fiber access extension over coax, has successfully passed the field trials set up by the Tier 1 Operator. In the next step awaits further productization and commercialization of the solution which will commence in Q1, 2022.
InCoax D2501 is developed for small MDU’s with outdoor access to the coax networks, which is very common in Garden style MDUs in the US. The fiber/LAN operator has several customers lined-up with MDUs with a perfect fit to this use case. The operator will start the lab tests of the D2501 in early November.
The InCoax Networks AB Nomination Committee should consist of four members with one representative from each of the three largest shareholders as of September 30th that wish to nominate a member and the Chairman of the Board.
Operators will be able to extend XGS-PON or Active Ethernet fiber and manage services through existing customer provisioning systems with use of established industry standards and protocols.

According to InCoax’s company policy, the Board shall consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of ten (10) ordinary Board members. At present, the Company’s Board consists of five (5) ordinary Board members, including the Chairman of the Board. The current Board of Directors was appointed at the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2023, for the period until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
