Which operator should you choose?

The choice of operator is usually governed by availability and the cost of connectivity to broadband services.

You should not commit to long contracts with an operator, nor give the operator the exclusive right to broadband or TV services within your building. Many operators invites to a long-term contract by offering the property owner a new low-cost infrastructure. That can become very expensive for the apartment owner and, in some cases, for the property owner.

As a property owner, you can choose between different types of access. Two examples of broadband connection:

Broadband through Communications Operator who has a wide range of service providers that an apartment owner can choose to subscribe to. Wide range of services, but expensive for the apartment owner.

Landlord / tenant association sign a so-called Group Broadband Subscription on behalf of apartment owners, who share the capacity between them. Smaller range of services, but cheap.
